Marseille – The Italian Institute of Culture in Marseille presents, on the occasion of the celebration of the Befana, the show “Little White Riding Hood” by the Teatro del Buratto in Milan. The event will take place on January 6th at 15:00 at the IIC. “Preserving childhood within oneself, means preserving the curiosity to learn, the pleasure of understanding, the desire to communicate “: this phrase contains the philosophy of Bruno Munari, one of the greatest Italian artists who always focused on childhood, designing games to develop children’s creativity. Play is therefore the main theme of the show. Characters and objects are evoked using the senses. You don’t need the wolf, just his tail, the grandmother’s scent, and the girl’s red velvet hood. The piece involves more senses than a child’s perception and transforms the objects of their daily life into a fantastic dimension. The piece is in Italian, for children from 3 to 8 years of age and is inspired by Munari’s book “Cappucetto Bianco”. (9Colonne)
