Munich – The course “The emotional words through poetry”, organised and hosted by the Italian Institute of Culture in Munich will start on February 25th, and will continue until April 8th. The six-lesson course – taught by Professor Anna Russo – aims to raise awareness and bring students closer to emotional vocabulary, to understand the nuances of an emotion, and provide useful terms for describing their moods. Taking point from a psychologically relevant theme (love, friendship, nature, etc.), students will be able to deal with contemporary Italian poetry, to reflect on the peculiarities of its language and its introspective, evocative, and expressive values. In a calm and not forceful environment, the student-author-reader will fully commit their inventiveness. Through creative writing exercises, participants will learn not to fear emotional words, but to master them and make them their own. (9Colonne)
