Hong Kong – The ICE – Agency organised Italy’s official participation at the Hofex International Fair 2019 to be held in Hong Kong from May 7 to 10 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, which overlooks the scenic Kowloon Bay. The Hofex – a biennial event that takes place in odd years – is one of the most important trade fairs dedicated to the food and hospitality sector in Asia. Now in its 18th edition, the fair not only attracts operators from mainland China, but also attracts interest and visitors from the entire commercial basin of the Pacific. Hong Kong can be considered in all respects as a mature and dynamic market, with an excellent knowledge of Italian products, a significant propensity to spend and favorable import regulations.
