Copenhagen – Italian wine will be the protagonist on May 3rd at the “Giro d’Italia”: the Italian wine and food producers event in Copenhagen featuring over 200 selected buyers, seminars, and tastings to successfully tackle the Danish market, or to strengthen their own presence in Scandinavia. The event was organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Denmark in collaboration with Consulting DK, Embassy of Italy in Copenhagen and the Copenhagen section of the Italian Sommelier Association. “Giro d’Italia”, now in its second edition, will take place at Tivoli Castle, in the centre of Copenhagen, from 11:00 to 20:00. In the first part of the day the event will be dedicated to over 200 importers, restaurateurs, sommeliers, and professionals in the wine and food world (Trade Session). The exhibiting companies will be able to present their products to the buyers and, in the case of an already established presence in the Danish market, they will be able to expand their sales network thanks to the encounter with numerous restaurateurs, wine bars, and retailers.
