The honor was given by the CRF Institute, independent organization that since 1991 analyzes and awards virtuous companies in the HR field, publishing an annual report in each of the countries where it operates (12 nations in 4 continents). Finmeccanica was among the best performing companies in the five evaluation criteria observed (corporate culture, training and development, career opportunities, benefits and working conditions, remuneration policies), and among business firms that have distinguished themselves in the attraction and motivation of talent.
