(Apr. 19) – Sustainable construction methods and internationalisation of markets through new Samoter Forum. These are the topics of the 29th edition of Samoter, a major international events dedicated to construction, held every three years, to be hosted at the Verona Fair from February 27 to March 2, 2014. The long path towards the event began in Paris, with the presentation of the exhibition at Intermat, international exhibition of equipment, machinery and building materials in the program these days in the French capital. “Samoter 2014, starring the economic, social and environmental impact of the construction industry – said Ettore Riello, Chairman of Veronafiere – aims to support the building and construction sector.”
Great attention will be given to internationalisation of products, a sector who closed 2011 with an export of 2.26 billion euros, up 23% compared to 2010. “In this perspective, Samoter strengthen its position in foreign markets, expanding its presence in the Balkans, Eastern Europe, the Mediterranean and the Arabian Peninsula, not to mention the emerging economies of Asia and Latin America,” said Giovanni Mantovani, Director General of VeronaFiere.
