(Jun. 5th ) – Another international success for Luminarie Cesario De Cagna. This time, the Italian company has light up the dome at the Jaffa Gate, at the Jerusalem Festival of Light, to be held from tomorrow and until June 14th in the Israeli capital city. Officially presented in Italy, during the festival in honor of Santa Domenica in Scorrano (Lecce) in 2008, the structure will be 25 meters high and will combine woodcutting and light art. Thanks to its shape and massive size, it resembles an Italian renaissance structure. The dome, composed of 63,000 candles will be displayed at the Jaffa gate, an impressive entrance for the festival’s visitors. The dome combines beautiful woodwork and LD bulbs lighting it in a beautiful and artistic manner. As all structures realized by Luminarie De Cagna, the dome in Jerusalem will surprise for creativity and revolutionary solutions, always paying attention to the environmental impacts and to evergy saving.
