The event “Piazza Liguria”, to be held next Thursday in the ballroom of the Hotle rocco Forte Augustine, will propose some of the best products from the Italian region. The day will feature a presentation by chef Miroslav Grusz, expert on Italian and Ligurian cuisine, followed by business meetings with Italian producers and a tasting of Ligurian specialties for Czechs professional, such as importers, wholesalers, distributors, managers of large hotels and restaurants, as well as specialized press.
