(Sept. 3) – Minipan, Lombard company leader in design and manufacture of machines for bakery sector and bread specialties, will be present at the International Trade Fair IBA, to be held in Munich from 16 to 21 September. On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the birth of the Company, Minipan decided to invite Fabrizio Nistri, one of the most talented Italian technologists, to create a unique series of bakery products. So Nistri will be the star in Germany: born in 1966 in Florence, he began his career in the family business, immediately starting to experiment and explore. After leaving the family business, he began to put his expertise at disposal of companies, big retail chains, schools and newspapers. As part of these collaborations, Fabrizio Nistri designed and developed, among other things, recipes for bakery (bread and salty snacks), gluten-free biscuits, and complete production facilities for important Italian and European brands. Nistri will be leader of the “Minipan concept bakery” that aims to combine the experience of a great technologist with Minipan technology. (red)
