(Sept. 21) – It just started in Berlin the road show of Frecciarossa 1000, the high-speed train of the 21st century of Ferrovie Italiane. After unveiling it by the Premier Mario Monti at the Meeting in Rimini, the “train of the future” arrived at Innotrans, the international trade fair dedicated to the world of transport. To do the honors of the house, in the area reserved for the Frecciarossa 1000, where the 1:1 reproduction of the new train will be open until this evening, the Managing Director of the Group FS Italiane Mauro Moretti, along with the CEO of Ansaldo Breda Maurizio Manfellotto AnsaldoBreda and Roberto Tazzioli from Bombardier, the manufacturing companies. Also present Vincenzo Soprano, CEO of Trenitalia, Michele Mario Elia, CEO of the Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI), Alberto Rosania, President of AnsaldoBreda, and Luigi Corradia, General Manager of Bombardier Italy. After Germany, the Frecciarossa 1000 will be presented in Brussels in October, right before returning to Italy, where it will continue its tour touching the most important Italian cities: Milan in October, Naples in November, Rome in December and in Bologna and Florence in 2013.
