Feb. 5 – IAMAlina is presenting her single “Back for You,” from her upcoming album IAMAlina at the Grammy Awards, where she intends to wear, both on the red carpet and at the After Party, Diana Tramontano for Vesthes. The Italian-Romanian singer-songwriter Iama, stage name for Alina Chelaru, decided to go with the eternal Florentine style for the important overseas event; and she put herself in the hands of able designers Diana Tramontano, Marco Contiello and Laura Rossi of Vesthes. The creations include: a tight silk skirt on which rests a sumptuous cloak embroidered with Japanese Pavé Miuky and 950 tassels in silk thread for the Red Carpet event; and for the After Party, Iama will wear a tunic embellished with refined embroidery royal, inspired by the ’20s. IAMAlina, upon her return to Italy after the Grammies, will begin rehearsals for her big concert on June 7 at the Teatro Quirino in Rome, where she will present the Album IAMAlina. While Vesthes is also preparing its Capsule Collection for the Trunk shows in Dubai and Jeddah.
