Bellinzona – A few days ago, the website for ” PI.LO.TI Piedmont Lombardy and Ticino in the network” went online for the first time. PI.LO.TI received funding from the Italy – Switzerland cross-border cooperation program, Ex Interreg, and sees the Chamber of Commerce of VCO as project leader on the Italian side. Project partners include Tecnoparco del Lago Maggiore S.p.A. and the Chamber of Commerce of Varese. “PILOTI” has already engaged with local businesses, professionals and associations, as it seeks to develop a collaboration network between the different segments of cross-border work to promote the dissemination of knowledge concerning labor market regulations. In turn, this fosters the exchange and the integration of professional and self-employed workers between neighboring regions. The project will establish a formal network between employers, employees and self-employed professional, particularly those active in the energy, timber, mechanical engineering, and logistics fields.
