Nice – The Chamber of Commerce of Savona, along with its special agency and in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Nice, will have its own stand at the 10th edition of “L’Italie à Table,” an event that offers the best Italian cuisine and food products to the French public. Nine companies from the Savona province will share, from tomorrow until Sunday June 1, a 60 square meter booth, and host tastings and animations. On the evening of Saturday 31 May, there will be a “cooking show” presentation, demonstration and tasting of typical Liguria dishes with the Savona Chefs Association and students from the Hotelier Institute of Finale Ligure. The chefs and students will use the products brought by the companies present at the fair for seventy traders, restaurateurs, and journalists from the Cote d’Azur and the Alpes-Maritimes region.
