Brussels – Minister Federica Mogherini is participating in a NATO ministerial meeting that will conclude on Wednesday in Brussels. Agenda items include the situation in Ukraine, particularly President Petro Poroshenko’s proposed peace plan, and Iraq, where US Secretary of State John Kerry, who will also participate in the ministerial meeting, has just completed a mission.
