Beijing – The ICE Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies, in collaboration with the IEA – Italian Publishers Association, is managing the Italian pavilion at the Beijing Book Fair, to be held at the China International Exhibition Center August 27-31. The Beijing Book Fair is the biggest event for the exchange of copyright in the Asian area. The previous edition saw the participation of 2,200 exhibitors from 76 countries and 200,000 visitors. China represents a high growth potential market: in 2012, copyright imports to China have continued to grow, with 16,100 imported titles (+9.5%) and 7,600 exported. (9Colonne)
