Belgrade – During Debora Serracchiani’s official visit in Belgrade, in the presence of the Italian Ambassador Giuseppe Manzo and Deputy Premier and Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Zorana Mihajlovic, three agreements of cooperation were signed at the Italian diplomatic headquarters. The agreements are a sign of the “excellent relations between Friuli Venezia Giulia and Serbia. These relations stem from the presence of a large Serbian community in Trieste and Friuli Venezia Giulia; but are also due to the economic collaborations that see FVG companies actively operate in Serbia, contributing with €3.5 billion to foreign trade and €2 billion of investments. These figures make Italy Serbia’s leading trade partner and largest foreign investor,” said Serracchiani in an interview published in the first pages of the Belgrade daily “Blic”. (9Colonne)
