(Jul. 23) – Graziano Paiella’s love for photography began when he was 7 years old. Now, at 54 he has been a RAI director for the past 20 years. Though involved in motion pictures, Paiella hasn’t forgotten photography and now his photography will land at the Italian Cultural Institute in San Francisco (814 Montgomery Street). From August 8 to September 5, the photographic exhibition “Soglia” will bring together 60 photographs on the theme of the threshold. The exhibition depicts both physical thresholds and the metaphorical threshold that is framing a photograph.
