Sept. 5 – The Nachsommer der Dichter Poetry Festival returns to Munich for its 5th edition. The multi-lingual and international event was organized by the Italian Cultural Institute, Forum Italia eV, the Swiss General Consulate, and Stiftung Lyrik Kabinett. On September 17 at 7pm, Schweizer Haus Leopoldstraße, 33 will welcome Vivian Lamarque, author of both poems and prose, whose poetry, seemingly naive and childish, is exceedingly catchy in its simplicity that reveals a tormented psychological reality. Author Franz Dodel, Swiss and German writer, and playwright Albert Ostermaier will animate the evening by reading extracts of their work and discussing them with literary critic Antonio Pellegrino.
