Sept. 8 – The Province of Perugia and Essaouira, a city of Morocco, have come together in the name of solidarity. The Tenuta Colle Carello, a biological paradise near Perugia, is the only European company that directly produces argan oil. “A few years ago – says the manager, Dr. Luciano Cadelano – we started a collaboration with the women of the Bouzamma cooperative in Essaouira. These women work and produce pure organic oil, called ‘Simplement Argan’, that we at Tenuta Colle Carello market for them as part of an international cooperation project. We reimburse their original production costs and give them 30% of our revenues.” Rich in essential fatty acids, including linoleic acid (Omega 6), argan oil strengthens the skin barrier, fights skin dryness and makes hair shine. If taken with vitamin E, it becomes a powerful anti-radical against oxidative stress.
