Thun – On Friday, October 24 at the Beau Rivage Da Domenico restaurant in Thun, Switzerland, the ICI hosts “Cucina all’opera.” The program includes a presentation (in Italian and German) of the book “Cucina all’opera” by Giancarlo Fre, published by the Emilia-Romagna Region, which explores Frescobaldi, Corelli, Mozart, Verdi, Rossini, the vegetarian Wagner, Mascagni, Toscanini, Pavarotti and Maria Callas’ experimentation in the kitchen. After the presentation, there will be a dinner inspired by the recipes in the book prepared by Chef Enrico Bergonzi from Parma. Antonella Campanini, from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Piemonte, will moderate the conference. The event is organized under the patronage of the Italian Embassy in Bern in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute in Zurich. (9Colonne)
