Sept. 16 – The “September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair” is the largest jewelry fair in the world, now in its 32nd edition; it takes place September 17-20 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. When all eyes are on jewelry and gemstones, Italy could not be absent. And so, Piedmont will be one of the protagonists of the show, with 23 exhibiting companies from Turin and Alessandria as part of the Piedmont Gold Excellences Integrated Supply Chain Project. The project aims to develop Piedmont’s international gold sector, and is managed by the Foreign Centre for Internationalisation CeiPiemonte on behalf of the Piedmont Region, Unioncamere Piemonte and the Chambers of Commerce of Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta. Piedmont exhibitors will bring their best gold, platinum and silver jewelry with diamonds and gemstones. Most of them have already taken part in the fair; but 6 are new to the game and are entering this important market to be part of its strong growth trend.
