Rio de Janeiro – The Engineering group, through its subsidiary company Engineering Do Brasil, will realize the supervision, control and communications systems for Line 4 of the Rio De Janeiro Subway. Engineering is responsible for provision of the SCADA system for supervision and control of the TETRA radio system for Land-Train communication and also for general coordination and integration of the systems belonging to other partners involved in the project (network infrastructure, public information panels, CCTV, security, etc.). The project has a time critical mission as Line 4 must absolutely be operational for the Rio Olympic Games in September 2016.
