(Oct. 6) With six regions out of 20, Italy is the most present country in the Top20 compiled by Eurostat, which takes into account the most visited areas of the continent by tourists. According to the index, in fact, Veneto, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, Lombardia, Lazio and the Autonomous Province of Bolzano are all in the top 20 in the special list of the nights spent in hotels in different European regions. In sixth place in the rankings, with 61.5 million nights spent in hotels by tourists, there is the Veneto, Tuscany with 42.7 is at the eleventh, Emilia-Romagna is at the thirteenth, Lombardy at the sixteenth, Lazio and Bolzano to are respectively at the nineteenth and twentieth place.
