New York – Italia Independent opens a store at number 85 Mercer Street, continuing its path of growth on the international markets and supporting the expansion of the Brand in the United States, a key country for the Group. The flagship store has opened in the very beating heart of Soho, one of the trendiest districts of Manhattan, famous for fashion, art and its simultaneously bohemian and contemporary atmosphere. The NY opening follows that of Paris and is part of a major plan to create “leading points of sales” which Italia Independent will continue to open, in the coming future, in strategic markets in which it is already present. The store, organised over two floors, develops over a surface area of 850 sq feet on the ground floor and 250 sq feet on the mezzanine. (9colonne)
