Berlin – A season full of satisfaction for the Podere Provinciale Laimburg Winery, based in South Tyrol. Experimentation and innovation led the winery to put in bottles a series of excellent wines, which this year won over the most prestigious and authoritative national and international wine guides. The editors of the German magazine Merum attributed to the wine cellar a special recognition for its Sauvignon Doc 2013 and Sauvignon Doc Oyéll 2012, a well structured and acidic wine. The Austrian wine guide Falstaff awarded 92 points to the Col de Rey n 2009, including it among the best red wines of South Tyrol, and 90 points to Sauvignon Passito Saphir, the only sweet wine of South Tyrol that derives exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which was declared one of the best sweet wines from South Tyrol.
