Dec. 4 – After four years from “Alien,” which went Platinum, Giovanni Allevi returns to the piano with “Love,” a new album that will be released on January 20 by the Bizart / Sony Music label. Allevi will perform the new compositions at the world premiere on February 27, 2015 at Cadogan Hall in London. The date also kicks off his European tour, that will touch on March 27 Rome, and then continue along the Italian peninsula until the end of April. The album can be pre-ordered on IBS in CD or vinyl, and soon on Amazon, Feltrinelli and Mondadori. The album, recorded at the SAE Institute of Milan, a vanguard university for the audio-video production in Europe, saw the direct involvement of fans during the final production stages. The composer, for first time in his twenty-year career, decided to give some of them a chance to join him in the recording studio. (Sis)
