Jan. 26 – Seven companies, four days, two countries and many opportunities: these are the Italian numbers behind Technology Days, organized in Qatar and Oman by the Italian Trade Agency, in partnership with Anie Confindustria. The event kicks off today, and continues until Thursday, January 29. The mission, open to Italian companies in the electronics industry and electronics, inaugurates the 2015 calendar of business missions planned by Anie Confindustria for the electrotechnical and electronics sectors. The itinerant seminar with b2b meetings organized for the participating companies with local counterparts, in Doha and Muscat, wants to make the most of business opportunities in the two countries and forge profitable industrial, technological and scientific synergies. Of the many opportunities, one of the most important is the realization of all key infrastructure for the 2022 World Cup, to be held in Qatar. In the MENA area, Oman and Qatar are known for their solid economic development, favored by substantial proceeds from the hydrocarbon sector, which make extensive resources available for new investments. For these reasons, Oman and Qatar have become markets of great interest for Italian companies providing electrical and electronic technologies and equipment.
