Beirut – Ravenna’s CMC received a letter of award from the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Beirut, for the construction of tunnels extending for approximately 24 kilometers and transfer lines for the water supply of Beirut. The amount of the works is equal to approximately 165 million euros, which will be partially financed by the World Bank. Tunnels shall be excavated by two Tunnel Boring Machines. (9colonne)
