Feb. 11 – A new agreement between the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (ICCS) and Ubae Bank seeks to support growth projects of Italian companies in Southeast Asia. Signed by Federico Donato, president of ICCS, and Mario Sabato, general manager of Ubae Bank, the framework helps develop new initiatives to support the internationalization of Italian companies, providing case-by-case assistance. The Chamber of Commerce will make available its professional skills to Ubae Bank and its customers, so as to foster the development of strategic business relationships in Singapore, a strategic gateway to the ASEAN market. The Chamber will also give a detailed picture of scheduled trade and institutional missions, as well as fairs, to encourage the organization of business meetings and collaboration among members. Ubae Bank offers Italian and foreign companies, signalled by the ICCS, assistance and financial services in support of their activities in Italy and Singapore. It will also endeavor to present Italian corporate clients with concrete business opportunities in the Singaporean market, carrying out, in coordination with the ICCS, targeted actions for the internationalization of production, missions, and workshops in Italy and Singapore.
