Feb. 13 – The countdown to Valentine’s Day has begun, and the app “Flowers” (“Fiori” in the Italian Apple store) is finally available. Conceived by two young and creative Italians, Elena Favilli and Francesca Cavallo, it’s already a downloading success in the United States, also thanks to the soundtrack “Loving You” by Giovanni Allevi. “Flowers – reads a note – is an iPhone app that lets you create beautiful bouquets and send them to people you love. It lets you express your feelings without struggling to find the right words, leaving you afraid of being misunderstood. With Flowers, even the most timid people can open their hearts and give voice to their emotions with a flower, finding inspiration in Allevi’s magical piano music.” Thanks to the collaboration with the composer, it is possible to create and send bouquets while listening to “Loving You”, a song from his new album “Love,” released on January 20 and still in first place on itunes Classical. It’s an all-Italian collaboration in the name of internationalism, between two creative Italians working in Los Angeles and the artist from Ascoli Piceno. Allevi, after performing at the Sanremo Festival tonight, will embark on a world tour to present his latest album. His first performance will take place on February 27, with the premiere concert at Cadogan Hall in London. (Red)
