Dublin – Everything is ready for Dublin’s Fogolâr Furlan, which on Saturday, February 28, at 3pm, will officially begin its activities. Fogolâr is located in the same Georgian mansion that hosts the headquarters of the Italian Cultural Institute, in Fitzwilliam Square East, in Dublin zone 2. The event, entitled “Introduction to Friuli – Flavours and Traditions to discover” will open with the greeting of Ambassador Giovanni Adorni Braccesi Chiassi and of Friuli nel Mondo President, Pietro Pittaro. Movimento Turismo del Vino Friuli Venezia Giulia, and Strade del Vino e Sapori Friuli Venezia Giulia representative, Ilaria Fabbro, will guide the public’s discovery of Friuli food and wines. During the workshop, the cultural and gastronomic delights of the area will be highlighted. Later, the multimedia exhibition “Cartulinis dal Friul”, organized by the Società Filologica Fiurlina, will be inaugurated. (9Colonne)
