Tokyo – Arflex Japan, the company that in Japan distributes Molteni products, one of the most important Italian brands for furniture, inaugurated on March 14 in the district of Minami-Aoyama, the first Molteni flagship store in the world. The Minami Aoyama store is based on the fusion concept Japanese culture and Molteni. The interior design was curated by Patricia Urquiola, Spanish architect and product-designer. The shop is a tribute to Gio Ponti, considered the father of modern Italian design, and to Japan’s delicate decorative beauty. (9Colonne)
