Tel Aviv – Well-known Israeli chef Yisrael Aharoni is in Emilia Romagna with a crew from the TV show “Street Food” to report on the region’s typical gastronomy and street food. The essentials cover Rimini’s flatbread, Modena’s tigella, gelato from Bologna, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Culatello from Parma. With three days of shooting (from March 28 to today), the goal is to present to Israelis the quality street food of Emilia Romagna. The report will air in early 2016 in on Channel 10, one of the two most important and popular channels in Israel. (9Colonne)
