(Apr. 8) Spread a new approach to health in developing countries through technological innovation and training on the field to extend, even in small villages, the right to care efficiently and economically sustainable. This is the goal of the project “EMedMed” Occam, the Observatory for Cultural and Audiovisual Communication in the Mediterranean and in the World, an organization affiliated with the UN, which aims to develop the medicine network in three North African countries: Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt. The plan will be implemented, as a technology partner, by Dedalus Group, a leading Italian company in Florence working in the sector of healthcare software that operates in 30 countries. This project will be presented tomorrow, April 9, in New York, at the headquarters of the United Nations by Giorgio Moretti, President of Dedalus, as part of the “XV Infopoverty World Conference”, which aims at fighting poverty through the use of the Information Technology. The main theme of the conference, which will be webcast in over 120 countries, it will be the global health, which starts from the environment and, through food security, comes to modern healthcare applications that make extensive use of new technologies.
