Apr. 13 – Stefano Bollani is ready to enchant Kyoto with his music. The musician is scheduled to appear in the Japanese city on April 22 with the concert “Piano Solo,” held in conjunction with the exhibition “L’Incanto delle donne del mare” by Fosco Maraini. At Alti Hall starting at 7pm, Bollani will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the twinning between Kyoto and Florence. The evening – open for free to the public – is organized by the Italian Cultural Institute in Osaka in collaboration with Kyotographie, New Age Productions / Souni Italiani and Turkish Airlines. Music will be the real star to remember how the relations between the two big cities developed and intensified over the years. (Cle)
