New York – The “Gei Friendship Award” this year goes to Alitalia. The award was presented to the CEO of the company Silvano Cassano in New York, during his visit to the US, from GEI, the Gruppo Esponenti Italiani. The organization’s president, Lucio Caputo, presented Cassano with the award. According to the Italian newspaper in the United States, America Oggi, Cassano, in giving thanks for the award, presented Alitalia programs to GEI member, entrepreneurs and journalists, in particular announcing the opening of new international routes and illustrating the ongoing work to improve the services offered by the national carrier, including the training of personnel to ensure a better level of service on board the aircraft.
