São Paulo – The Italian Trade Agency for the Promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies is organizing Italy’s participation in Hospitalar 2015, scheduled in Sao Paulo for May 19-22. The demand for medical devices in Brazil amounted to €3.5 billion in 2013, for an 8% increase over 2012. Growth prospects over the next two years are fixed at 9% per year. Imports account for 64% of demand, amounting to €2.2 billion, and Italy is among the top 10 countries supplying medical devices in Brazil. (9Colonne)
