Mohammedia – The presence of the Chamber of Commerce of Ascoli Piceno in Morocco is becoming more incisive thanks to its special company, Piceno Promozione. This is the result of three years of work, which saw the Chamber engaged in negotiations with the Secretary General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Morocco, Luca Pezzani, and numerous missions, such as those at the Salon Halieutis in Agadir. The Chamber of Commerce of Ascoli Piceno and Piceno Promozione are establishing their representative office in Mohammedia, an industrial town about 25 kilometers north of Casablanca, located strategically close to the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce of Morocco. “The choice fell on Mohammedia – commented the President of Piceno Promozione, Rolando Rosetti – because it is, today, example of large Moroccan industrial growth: it’s a port city where important decisions in the economic and commercial fields are taken, an ideal place to meet entrepreneurs and sign new agreements.” The opening of the representative office is scheduled by July.
