New York – The Italian American Museum hosts until Sunday the exhibition “Who Do You Think I Am? / Chi Pensi Che Io Sono?” by Antonio Petracca. In the display, the artist presents a point of view, often joyful, on the life (and stereotypes) of Italian immigrants and Italian-Americans living in the United States. “My mission – explains the author – is simply to provide the viewer with the opportunity to consider and reflect on these issues. If you’re then inspired to learn more about the history of Italian immigration, then I can consider myself more than satisfied with my work… “. (9Colonne)
