Copenhagen – The President of Friuli Venezia Giulia Debora Serracchiani met today with the Ambassador of Denmark in Rome, Birger Riis-Joergensen. The meeting also included the honorary consul of Denmark in Trieste, Francesco Saverio Slocovich. The three representatives discussed and evaluated certain aspects of possible areas of collaboration. In particular, president Serracchiani presented the potential of Friuli Venezia Giulia in the field of research and innovation, in tourism and in the agri/food sector. Ambassador Joergensen was also presented the potential and opportunities offered by the Old Port of Trieste, a possible destination for investment and job opportunities of international breadth.
