(May 25th) The Italian Cultural Institute in Brussels pays tribute to one of the great protagonists of Italian literature in the last century: Raffaele La Capria. It does so with a meeting scheduled for June 18th at 7 pm at the headquarters of the IIC. The appointment comes on the occasion of the publication of a new edition of the writer’s work (in Mondadori’s collection “I Meridiani”). “La Capria – as stated on the website of the IIC – goes through the last sixty years of Italian culture without ever conform to trends, slogans and ideological prejudices”. Raffaele La Capria will dialogue with Silvio Perrella, writer and essayist, editor of the new edition of La Capria’s work. (Red)
