Brussels – In Brussels, September is synonymous with Tuscany’s Rural Development Plan for 2014-2020. The plan will rely on a budget of € 961 million for investments in quality production, innovation, environmental protection and landscape promotion, as well as renewable energy. Regional Governor Enrico Rossi was invited by Commissioner Phil Hogan to discuss the PDO recognition of Tuscan bread; during the meeting, Rossi asked for Hogan’s commitment for the successful conclusion of the process.
