Yesterday, in New York, the Deputy Minister of Economic Development Carlo Calenda was accompanied by representatives of the Italian Trade Agency and a delegation of Confindustria, and the main associations of the sector. Together they illustrated the Special Plan USA for fashion to support Italian textiles, clothing and accessories exports with an investment of over €20 million over the next two years. In detail, the special plan will be developed in four different directions: agreements with major US retailers in the fashion sector; fairs and promotional events; incoming towards Italy; and communication activities.
