Shanghai – A major event to be realized in the spring of 2016 in Shanghai at the same time as the fashion week: this is at the center of the meeting between the vice president of the Umbria Region, Fabio Paparelli, and the deputy governor of the Changning District (Shanghai), Zhang Liacheng. “The meeting – said Paparelli – marks a further step in the work initiated in May by an Umbrian delegation who visited Changning, Chengdu and Shanghai, and identified several areas of interest.
