Herat – On September 3, during a public meeting held in the city of Herat, the University of Florence presented its urban plan for sustainable mobility and the urban regulation for Herat District 9. These plans are the result of intensive joint work promoted by a project of the University, co-funded by the Directorate General for International Cooperation of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in partnership with the Afghan Ministry of Urban Development, the University of Herat and the Municipality of Herat.
