Brussels – Finmeccanica, through Selex ES, has been awarded a contract worth €19 million for the extension of the program NATO Computer Incident Response Full Operational Capability (NCIRC FOC). This guarantees information security from the threats of cyber attacks in 52 Nato sites in 29 countries. Under the new agreement, the service will be extended over the next two years to a number of other sites and offices of the Alliance. The NCIRC FOC program has been operating since May 2014; it designed and built by Finmeccanica-Selex ES to provide the ability to detect, manage and combat cyber threats, today a more widespread and sophisticated threat than ever.
