September 21st, 2015 – October 8-11, the Tuscan chef Alessandro Bocci will be Stateside to become an ambassador of Italian cuisine at the traditional “Autumn Festival” of The Resort At Pelican Hill, Newport Beach, Southern California. The event celebrates the harvest season, and this is the fifth consecutive year that the California resort hosts the event dedicated to Italian flavors and colors. This year, for the opening night, the chef and his cuisine will focus on “the pleasure of well-being”. Guests will enjoy a menu inspired by the Tuscan tradition, prepared by Bocci with only seasonal ingredients from organic and biodynamic farming, combined with premium wines. The pleasant evening will be accompanied by music, dancing and singing: a real “feast of taste” in Italian colors. “It will be an extraordinary experience – announced the Tuscan chef – and a unique opportunity to promote Italian food and its territory, culture and traditions”.
