Valencia – The Fiera Gastrónoma (Valencia, 14-16 November) this year can boast a significant presence of Italian companies and distributors of typical Italian products. Italy is the guest country in this edition of the event dedicated to wine. As a result, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Spain will manage an exhibition area of over 300 m2 in which the participating companies will put on display typical Italian products and specialties, including balsamic vinegar, truffles, fresh and dried pasta, sausages, cheeses, preserves and wine. The full program of events and activities organized in the “Área Italia” will allow local operators and consumers to learn regional Italian recipes.
