London – Paolo Pomposi, ice cream maker from in Florence, is the winner of the European final of the 2015 Gelato Festival, with the taste Dolce Vita, made on the basis of the taste Buontalenti, by adding layers of chocolate hazelnut sauce. Pomposi already won the London stage. The 2015 tour of the Festival, which began on April 30 in Florence, touched the main Italian cities and Amsterdam, London and Valencia. (9Colonne)
