Valencia – More than 300 m2 of exhibition space entirely dedicated to the excellence of Italian gastronomy: nothing more and nothing less for Gastrónoma Valencia. The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Spain manages the participation of Italian companies in the exhibition dedicated to wine and food that will take place November 14-16. A full program of events and activities organized in the “Área Italia” will give visibility to some regional recipes among local operators and consumers. In particular, they will organize a cooking show and a tasting of typical products of Italy, thanks to the presence of prestigious chefs. The Italian presence in Gastrónoma 2015 will be an opportunity to present to local operators the platform “Italian Quality Experience”, for the promotion of the Italian food excellence in the world.
